Scripps Green offers a wide range of clinical and surgical services, including organ transplantation, oncology care, cardiothoracic and orthopedic surgery, interventional cardiology and blood and bone marrow transplantation.\n\n Join Scripps Green Hospital Surgery Team, including transplant and cardiac robotics, which operates in 12 OR suites and sees 900 cases a month. The ideal candidate for the position will have 1 or more years of OR experience, including, but not limited to Ortho, General, Urology, Vascular and Spine. This is a busy and fast-paced environment which requires teamwork and cooperation to provide the highest level of patient care. \n\n Provides direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.\n\n This position is eligible for New Hire Incentives of 20K, and Relocation assistance.
