So if you're open to change, go ahead and unlock your potential.\n\n Join our Audiology Services team as an Audiologist and make an impact at four of the Scripps Health Clinics. You will work with a team of four other Audiologists to collaborate with related departments as you service patients of all ages. From working with newborns to geriatrics, we are searching for someone who is dedicated to serving each patients' individual needs while contributing positively to this tight-knit team. \n\n The Audiologist provides evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment, and education to patients and clients through a continuum of care according to the therapist's respective licensure. The Audiologist must be knowledgeable in in the Performance of Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR), Electronystagmography (ENG), Electrocochleography (ECoG), Tympanometry, and Audiological Evaluations. Provide hearing aid/instrument dispensing, including selection, fitting, ongoing management with follow-up, and education for Hearing Aids, Cochlear Implants and Bone Anchored hearing devices.\n\n This is a part time position working Tues., Wed., and Fri. and is at the Del Mar Clinic.\n\n \n\n \n\n The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:\n\n\n\tInternal candidates\n\tRehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago\n\n\n In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met\n\n\n\tMust remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)\n\tMust remain in original department/specialty\n\tMust remain in original Job Title\n\tTransfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.\n\n \nRequired Certification/Registration:\n\n\n\tCurrent California Audiologist license\n\tCurrent California Hearing Aid Dispensing License \n\tBLS for Health Care Provider from the American Heart Association\n\n\n \n\n Preferred Experience:\n\n\n\tAt least one year of experience as a licensed Audiologist \n\n Scripps Health is an equal opportunity employer.
