  • CA License
  • 2 full recent Years of mixed pediatric ICU experience (icu floats, PICU, CTICU, ect)
  • Ventilators, trachs, multiple monitoring skills, specifically CVP and EKG--experience
  • BLS
  • PALSOther Details:
    • First to float to other units outside of the critical care units, including ED
    • Will care for all age ranges and levels of acuity
    • Traveler must be willing to obtain flu vaccination when requestedClient will consider clinicians with pending CA license at time of submittal as long as they have utilized the Aya licensure program and we have an expected date for their license to be liveTHIS IS A CRITICAL CARE FLOAT POOL POSITION - PEDIATRIC ICU EXPERIENCE REQUIREDRequired:CA LicenseFirst to float to other units outside of the critical care units, including EDWill care for all age ranges and levels of acuityBLSPALS2 full recent years of mixed pediatric ICU experience (icu floats, PICU, CTICU, ect - NICU does not count as as one of the years)Experience: Ventilators, trachs, multiple monitoring skills, specifically CVP and EKG.Shifts:3x12 variable or nights ***Please note Rady has removed the 7th shift requirement for CCFP travelers starting 8/21 and laterRequested Time Off:Max 6 days (Must still get 3 shifts in per week)No HOLIDAY RTO - must be willing to work all 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) and must have a contract through 1/6 or 13 weeks (whichever is longer)Patient Population: High acuity unit seeing injury, respiratory failure, shock, multi system failure, poisonings, near drowning, meningitis, post op cardiac surgical care, **neurosurgery.
