Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Vice President, Clinical
Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead opportunity identification for clinical quality improvement
and cost management activities within the Medicare line of
business
Collaborate with partners to develop, implement, and optimize
solutions to improve health outcomes and reduce medical costs
Be accountable for a multi-year pipeline of initiatives with
measurable impacts on health outcomes and cost savings
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of healthcare industry experience leading strategic
initiatives
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed
organization
Strong analytic acumen and ability to leverage data for
decision-making
Understanding of health plan operations and clinical analytics
Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
