Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Benefit Consultant - Health
Plans
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary consultant on strategic client projects for
national and regional health plans
Lead vendor strategies, including procurement, contract
negotiation, and ongoing management
Develop and implement customized strategic plans to achieve client
goals
Qualifications:
Pharmacy background with a PharmD/RPh degree and experience in
Medicare
5-7 years of experience in PBM, specialty pharmacy, or managed care
environments
Ability to develop strategies and programs for large client Rx and
medical benefit programs
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; MBA or PharmD/RPh strongly
preferred
Business development experience preferred
