Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Pediatric ER 48's



Shift: Variable or Straight Nights, 12x4, 48 hrs per week, will consider 36s



Length: 13 or 26 Weeks



Requirements:

• CA License
• 2 years Peds ED experience
• 2 years recent experience in a pediatric ED
• Triage experience, IV Start, Tele, Conscious Sedation
• Experience with computerized charting
• BLS
• PALS
• Children's hospital experience is a plus Other Details:
  • Traveler must be willing to get flu shot when requested
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not Required
  • Accepts locals, no mileage restrictions DON'T SUBMIT IF TRAVELER DOES NOT HAVE2 YEARS PEDS ED EXPERIENCE
    
    **RN MUST HAVE CA LICENSE IN HAND OR PENDING WITH ETAs of when it will post**
    
    Requirements:
    
    ---Current CA RN license
    
    ---BLS
    
    ---PALS
    
    ---2 years recent experience in a pediatric ED. Children's hospital experience is a plus. If the hospital has a pediatric ED specifically and they worked in the peds ED, we can submit
    
    --- Experience with computerized charting
    
    --- Triage experience, IV Start, Tele, Conscious Sedation
    
    **Traveler must be willing to get flu shot when requested**
    
    Shift:
    
    --- 3x12s or 4x12s , variable shifts or straight NOCS
    
    --- Can request blocked scheduling
    
    --- No more than 6 days RTO. Only one holiday request off - Must work 2 out of 3 holidays
    
    --- 13 or 26 week contracts
    
    --- Variable Shift explanation: Travelers will not be scheduled a day shift then a night shift. Variable means they can be scheduled any of our 7 different shifts depending on needs at that time. Generally, they may be scheduled 2 different shifts in a month however, they are similar shifts (i.e. 12/14, 7/9, 14/16, 16/19)
