Have you Dreamt of Working in a State-of-the-Art Facility?**Want to be Part of Making a Difference in a Child's Life?**$3,000 Sign On Bonus!*We are looking for a full-time, dynamic, creative and committed Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our interdisciplinary therapy team comprised of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, behavior analysts, child development specialists, behavior technicians and marriage and family therapists at our Valencia and Tarzana locations. Position entails a flexible work schedule, providing individual services to children ages birth to 18 years of age with varying disabilities.McRory Pediatric Services strives to provide quality, evidence-based therapy services in a nurturing and supportive environment as needed to help our clients reach their fullest potential.Duties:* Administer evaluations and assessments* Provide parent education and support* Collaborate with team members* Develop treatment plans and provide direct treatment to various client populations* Meet treatment requirements of various funding sources* Opportunities for supervising COTAs and fieldwork studentsMinimum Requirements:* Previous pediatric treatment experience required* Must have a reliable car, proof of auto insurance and a valid driver's license* Proof of immunization records and TB required* CPR certification is preferred* Must have graduated from an accredited OT masters or doctorate program* Certification through NBCOT required* State licensure through California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT) requiredDesirable candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well as part of a team, strong written and verbal communication skill.
