Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Scientist in
Scientific Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless startup
and execution of clinical studies
Review clinical trial protocols and develop operational strategies
across partner laboratories
Accountable for creating and executing implementation plans for
complex studies and specialized testing strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field; advanced
degree preferred
Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) Certification and specialty
testing experience preferred
10+ years of relevant industry experience, including 3+ years of
bench-level technical experience
Proven experience in project management and leadership in a
matrixed environment
Strong scientific knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies and
qualification processes
