Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Associate Analyst in Behavioral
Health.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to behavioral health clinical teams to enhance
member engagement and care delivery
Conduct outreach to educate members about specialty programs and
assist them in locating services
Perform administrative tasks including provider searches and
handling Transition of Care requests
Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in Behavioral Health care
Previous customer service experience
Proficiency in computer skills, including navigating multiple
systems
High School Diploma
Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience preferred
