Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, with
new graduates welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with prescribing clinicians to develop and adjust
individualized treatment plans for patients
Utilize behavioral interventions to motivate patients and conduct
behavioral health evaluations
Monitor patient treatment responses and manage medication requests
while ensuring compliance with clinical tasks
Required Qualifications
Licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania, Virginia,
and/or New Jersey
Experience working with vulnerable or marginalized populations
Proficient in a remote telehealth environment
Ability to independently manage a large patient panel
Working knowledge of substance use disorders and psychopharmacology
for opioid use disorder
