Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager,
Anesthesiology (Clinical Integration).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation of integrated clinical
policies and protocols across three anesthesia departments
Manage the integration and alignment of departmental websites to
ensure accurate information for providers and patients
Facilitate the onboarding and academic appointment process for
CRNAs and physician anesthesiologists
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a
related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum 5 years of healthcare project management experience,
preferably in perioperative services or anesthesiology
Experience managing complex, multi-site clinical integration or
operational projects
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience presenting to hospital executive suites, including
C-level leaders
