Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist - Clinical
Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare
providers to address medication-related problems and questions
Ensure accurate medication distribution and fulfillment, including
documentation and compliance with legal requirements
Oversee Pharmacy Technicians in medication reconciliation,
inventory management, and compliance with policies and
regulations
Required Qualifications
BS in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred
Current, active license in NJ or ability to obtain within 6 months
of hire
2+ years of experience in pharmacy distribution and packaging, with
exposure to geriatrics and/or chronic care management
Experience or strong interest in clinical pharmacogenomics
preferred
Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations, including
HIPAA and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse
