Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outpatient Medical Coder.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate code assignments for facility outpatient, same day
surgery, and observation records
Meet client productivity targets while maintaining a coding quality
of 95% or greater
Adapt to changes and work independently in a remote environment
Required Qualifications
AHIMA or AAPC certification
A minimum of three years' coding experience in an acute care
setting
Experience with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding for outpatient
records
Technical competency with remote-based connectivity and office
software
Commitment to a regular schedule with reliable attendance
