Job Description:
Opsam Health - Full Time Hours:FT: Monday - Friday (8-5); Option

Average Patients seen: 20 Call Schedule: No call, dedicated APP for
all after hour calls, weekends, holidays Sign-On Bonus
Compensation: $240,000 to $300,000 base salary sign-on bonus and
relocation assistance. Benefits: - Vacation: 20 vacation days
annually. - Sick Leave: Employees receive 40 hours of sick leave

Physicians: Eligible for 5 CME days annually with an allowance of
$3,500. Nurse Practitioners: Eligible for 5 CME days annually with
an allowance of $3,000. Additional Info: This position will be
located at Opsam Health City Heights Clinic, 5296 University Ave,
Ste F1, San Diego, CA 92105. Employment: Full-time (M-F, 8-5), no
weekends or after-hours; open to 1099 or part-time (min. 3
days/week) Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Team
Structure: 1:1 MA support, APP covers after-hours Technology: ECW
with AI scribe; on-site lab and referral network access
Requirements: - Current CA Medical License - Current DEADPS
Certificate of Registration - BE/BC in Endocrinology. If BE at the
time of hire, must be Board Certified within 3 years of hire -
Current CPR Certificate -ACLS
