Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is
working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified PICU RN in San
Diego, California, 92123! PENDING LIC OK *Traveler must be willing
to work 2 out of 3 holidays, including Eves *THIS IS A FLOAT POOL
POSITION Shift: 3x12 variable, 4-5 weekend shifts Sat-Sun on day
shift and then 5-6 shifts of Fri-Sat nights – traveler gets off one
full weekend every 4 week schedule Years of experience REQ: 2
First-timer travelers accepted: (Y/N) : Y Weekend REQ: 4-5 weekend
shifts Sat-Sun on day shift and then 5-6 shifts of Fri-Sat nights –
traveler gets off one full weekend every 4 week schedule National
Certs REQ: BLS, PALS Is on-call REQ? Y Will clinician float within

Restrictions: 6 days max, must still get 3 shifts in the week
Guaranteed Hours: Hours are guaranteed after the call off policy
has been met Special Requirements: • 2 years PICU minimum or strong
CVICU background with experience floating • CA license • BLS & PALS
• Epic experience • preferred travel experience or experience with
floating • Flu shot The 24-bed pediatric intensive care unit (PICU)
admits more than 1,700 patients a year and has received a
gold-level Beacon Award for Excellence. The 30-bed Cardiothoracic
Intensive Care Unit (CTICU) is situated in a space solely devoted
to cardiac care, providing all levels of inpatient care for
congenital or acquired heart disease. Advanced care modalities
include extra corporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and a heart
transplantation program. The 60-bed, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
(NICU) acts a major Level IV referral center for the most
critically ill newborns, many of whom suffer from severe heart and
