registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. Deliver expert perioperative nursing care in an
operating room setting, providing individualized and holistic care
to surgical patients and their families. This position requires
applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate safe and effective care, ensuring quality clinical
outcomes. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and patient
advocacy are central to supporting complex and high-risk surgical
cases. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient and
family assessments to identify needs and priorities. Develop
personalized, culturally sensitive nursing care plans utilizing the
nursing process. Implement tailored interventions and adapt plans
as necessary to meet evolving patient conditions. Evaluate patient
progress and modify goals and care strategies to optimize outcomes.
Educate patients and families using adult-learning principles,
addressing barriers and readiness. Promote therapeutic
communication by recognizing socio-cultural factors and seeking
interdisciplinary support. Advocate for patient rights and
facilitate family involvement in care decisions. Document care
activities accurately in compliance with policies and standards.
Delegate nursing tasks appropriately within team competencies.
Coordinate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.59 to $50.00.
