Job Description Job Description ProHealth Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250 physicians in over 100 clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas. We currently have an opening for a Part-Time NP/PA . Experience in Primary Care and Geriatrics preferred. Job Type: Part-time, Direct hire Pay: $70-75 per hour Hours: 1-2 days per week/open to days Primary Responsibilities Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for adult patients with acute illnesses and chronic diseases. Perform comprehensive adult wellness exams and preventive screenings. Manage chronic disease treatment plans, medication adjustments, and follow-up care. Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies. Prescribe medications and manage controlled substances according to state and federal regulations. Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health. Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for adult and geriatric patients. Requirements: Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of CA National certification Minimum 3 years of experience in internal medicine or geriatric primary care DEA License Basic Life Support (BLS/ACLS) Bilingual, preferred 11.11 DH ProHealth Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
