Job Description Director of Social Services Balboa Nursing and Rehabilitation Center | 194-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility Balboa Healthcare Center is seeking a driven, compassionate, and strategic Director of Social Services to take ownership of our department and play a key leadership role within our 194-bed skilled nursing facility. This position offers significant autonomy, direct collaboration with executive leadership, and the opportunity to shape resident and family experiences every single day.
