White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community in beautiful La Jolla, CA is hiring a per diem Charge Nurse LVN/LPN for our Health Center (Skilled Nursing). Shift: Per Diem (Must be available weekends and NOC shifts). Salary Range: $39-$42/hr. (Depending On Experience) Our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) are responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm. You would help develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. To be successful in the role, you would have: Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying Current CPR certification Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred Charge experience preferred Mission Essential Our values define how and why we serve our mission, but our team members make up our HumanGood culture.
