license in the practicing state. Experience in
surgical/perioperative nursing with leadership/management
experience preferred. Strong clinical, organizational, and
communication skills. BLS required; CNOR or specialty
certifications preferred. Responsibilities: Oversee daily
operations of the surgical services department. Supervise, mentor,
and evaluate surgical nursing staff. Ensure compliance with
policies, protocols, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with
surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams. Manage
staffing, scheduling, budgets, and resource allocation. Participate
