Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Registered Nurse with Operating Room skills is needed to provide exceptional care to patients in a surgical setting. This role involves comprehensive nursing responsibilities, including patient assessment, individualized care planning, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient and family needs, prioritizing care goals. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Deliver culturally and age-appropriate nursing interventions while continuously monitoring patient progress. Advocate for patients and families, encouraging their active participation in care decisions. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to manage complex or high-risk clinical situations. Document all aspects of patient care accurately in accordance with organizational policies. Delegate tasks appropriately within the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families by assessing learning needs and creating tailored educational plans. Facilitate effective communication and resolve barriers to support holistic patient care. Qualifications/Desired Experience: Valid RN license with experience in Operating Room nursing. Proven ability to perform comprehensive nursing assessments and implement care plans. Strong communication skills for coordination with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to advocate effectively for patient rights and participate in care conferences. Knowledge of culturally sensitive care and adult learning principles. Competence in documentation and adherence to clinical policies and procedures.
