join our staff as a Food & Beverage Outlet Manager.

Essential Job Functions of the Food & Beverage Manager:
1. Maintain positive guest relations at all times
2. Greet all guests and touch each table during their visit to
Vessel Restaurant
3. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of
Vessel Restaurant
4. Ensure all servers/bartenders are posting all purchases in
computer
5. Maintain complete knowledge at all times of all hotel
features/services, hours of operation,
and room types
Requirements
1. Min 2 years Food & Beverage Management experience in
hotel/resort management
2. Must have Food Handler's Card or Food Management Safety
Certification (ServeSafe Food Manager. etc.)
3. Must have current TIPS Alcohol Training Certificate
4. Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel, Publisher,
etc.)
5. Must he able to life at least 50 lbs. and stand uninterrupted
for long periods of time
6. Good communication skills. Positive attitude, strong team
player, and interdepartmental collaborator
7. Exceptional guest service and recovery skills
7. Must have open/full availability, including holidays and
weekends
8. Very "Hand's On" position
9. Must have strong problem solving skills
10. Must be able to recognize areas of improvement, develop
strategies/procedures to improve, get buy in from other departments
and associates, and execute solutions
11. Attention to details, willing to work alongside the team and
lead by example
12. Maintain a positive work environment by acting and
communicating in a manner so that you get along with peers,
associates, guests ad upper management
13. Mentor, train and develop Junior Food and Beverage Managers
Preferred Requirements:
1. Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not necessary
2. Union experience
3. Previous Food and Beverage hourly experience (bartending,
servicing, etc.)

Salary Description
$67,808/yr- 70,000/yr
