At Stachs, you will work alongside a world-class team representing a wide range of backgrounds and strengths.Job DescriptionStachs Shift Supervisors (SS) support a depot operation serving as the logistics & execution arm for an on-demand cannabis delivery marketplace. Shift Supervisors are responsible for supporting daily depot & delivery needs by tasking across live operations (monitoring Eaze's liveops dashboard and/or picking/packing orders), driver management (training, timesheets), and inventory assistance). Stachs Shift Supervisors report to a Stachs Depot Manager who is responsible for overall management of the depot.Stachs Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:Live Operations:--- Monitor live operations dashboard to ensure depot is providing an excellent customer experience, maximizing revenue, and minimizing costs--- Check drivers in / out--- Pick & pack orders--- Process and record daily cash intake, noting discrepancies to managementDrivers:--- Support new driver training--- Support driver scheduling timesheet reviewsInventory:--- Support inventory receiving/ inventory team--- Assist with Inventory cycle countsMisc:--- Additional projects as time permits, as needed.Education & Experience:--- Retail or hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment--- Cannabis industry experience is a plus--- 21+ years of age--- Experience with point of sale software suites--- Microsoft Office competency--- Open availability preferred, must be able to work some evenings and weekends, holidays.Why You Should Join:As an organization, we are keenly aware of the injustice of the war on drugs - which for so many years has been used to incarcerate black and latinx people on a massive scale.
