Main tasks will include performing detailed requirements gathering, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. You will work closely with solution architect, technical architects, and developers to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.Responsibilities:

  • Understanding business processes, obtaining requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Working closely with business users, technical teams, and managerial staff
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Performing user acceptance testing
  • Managing small projects and stakeholder expectations
  • Review and advise on Salesforce platform solutions to ensure they comply with leading Salesforce architecture and development best practices. *Minimum Qualifications:
    • A bachelor's degree in business or related field
    • 5-7 years business analyst experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
    • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
    • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
    • Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
    • Excellent presentation skills and documentation skills
    • A track record of following through on commitments
    • Proven ability to manage projects
    • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
    • Minimum 3 years on the Salesforce platform (process automation, workflow rules, Sharing & Securing, Reports and Dashboards, APEX/Visual Force development.) and certified as Salesforce Admin Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Industrial Gas Turbine Sales and/or Marketing processes
