• Year round outdoor Rooftop Bar atop San Diego's newest Marriott Hotel
• Handcrafted cocktails and locally crafted brews, alongside -creative small plates
• Private, catered events; -serving parties from 10 to 100 guests
• Guests can enjoy our pool and rooftop views of San Diego's Gaslamp District -
• Latin inspired cuisine with unique and diverse agave spirit selections
• Report to the Director of Special Venues, and have full responsibility for the operation and success of the rooftop
• Work with the Opening GM to seamlessly -assume -responsibility over this location when the opening GM moves to the next opening
• Lead a team consisting of an Executive Chef, Assistant General Manager, Bar Supervisor, and rooftop teammates
• Collaborate with the Hotel Management team to provide a seamless and unified guest experience
• Create and execute promotional events in partnership with Marketing, PR, and -hotel managers
• Establish local business partnerships, collaborating with the Hotel Director of Sales as needed Sample of Benefits:

        Candidate Requirements
        • Minimum of 2 years as a General Manager -in a -full-service restaurant with bar, with $2M+ volume, Required
        • Promotional experience, and experience servicing social catering events, Preferred
        • Comfortable working in an emerging-growth company environment
        • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
        • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
        • An impressive work-ethic
        • Highly collaborative nature
        • Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team
        • Must be able to multi-task
