Job Description:

The Table Service Restaurants, Culinary Person, greets our Guests and escorts the Guests to their table, in a fast-paced environment, interacting with Guests, sharing information, answering questions and providing great Guest Service.

Basic Qualifications :
Must be 18 years of age
Works independently or as part of a team
Works at a variety of both indoor and outdoor locations
Requires constant interaction with Guests including answering questions, providing directions, event information and other services to help create a magical experience
Responsible for maintaining work area-restocking and cleaning
Excellent Hospitality skills
Ability to multitask, to own and resolve Guest situations
Receptive to special requests
Comfortable using technology, will be using tablets when seating Guests
Strong verbal communication skills

SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY
Our Theme Parks operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.This role is Part Time during non-peak, it requires availability including Friday evenings, full availability Saturday & Sunday, and weekday evenings for Special Events during nonpeak seasons
Full availability is required during our peak periods, including Summer, Christmas, Spring Break, and Holiday Weekends
