A company is looking for a Bank Account Customer Service
representative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries related to bank accounts and
services
Resolve account issues and provide solutions to enhance customer
satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and
transactions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service or banking preferred
Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
Ability to work in a remote or in-office environment as needed
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and
weekends
