USE's Retail Administration department is the perfect place for you! As a Retail Administrator, you'll have the chance to support USECU's retail solutions and service focus while identifying opportunities to improve processes. Do you have what it takes?Responsibilities Completes and/or assists in the development and/or compiling of financial, statistical and management reports, including but not limited to validation and communication of:Sales results dashboards (for retail and the contact center)Sales activity dashboards (for retail and the contact center)Incentive reporting (for retail and the contact center)Internal contest tracking and monthly miscellaneous Retail tracking.Compilation and Preparation of Manager Weekly Impact Reports. Assist VP with identifying opportunities for and completion of recognition and rewards for Retail successes.Calendar Management for Retail including Retail Events calendar, training, events, vacations and meetings.Ensures Retail Meetings (Branch Managers, Assistant Managers, Operation Supervisors, etc) are appropriately calendared, scheduled and prepared for - including necessary agendas, handouts and supplies.Assist in scheduling traveling and reservations for VP and Retail staff.Assist Director, Retail Operations in coordination and schedule of Float Staff.Manages External Mystery Shop Program including reviewing monthly submissions and communicates to branch staff. Identifies and compiles data summarizing member experience trends and opportunities which is shared with the Marketing Manager who assimilates data and determines relevance & process improvements for CU's Voice of Member Program.Maintains On-Boarding Calendar for all Retail new hires.Payroll assistance including Vacation and Sick Tracking and Monitoring.Various periodic tasks include: department office supply management, mail distribution and timely completion of Expense Claims.Assists the VP with completion of various forms including SSARs, SARs. etc.Identifies opportunities for improvement with processes.Ensures Administration processes are efficient, effective, documented and comply with Credit Union policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, rules, laws and codes. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is preferred; or three to five years administration experience and/ or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience. Office management experience is a plus. Financial institution preferred but not required.Written and verbal communication skills which support effective communication of information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from business line managers and staff.Ability to read, interpret, analyze and communicate with all levels of staff on a variety of topics, including but not limited to general business, policies, procedures, laws and regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and policies and procedures. Interpersonal skills including but not limited to team building, motivating and influencing others, maintaining a significant level of trust and diplomacy, fostering internal and external business relationships.To perform this job, the employee must possess applicable technology skills and demonstrated expertise including a combination of Microsoft Office applications, core transactional systems, and a general knowledge of email and network use. Must have advanced knowledge of Excel and the ability to learn new applications quickly.Must be organized, self-disciplined and detail-oriented with the ability to manage and juggle multiple projects. Persistent and dependable, especially in meeting deadlines; able to manage multiple competing priorities.
