Primary Purpose: The Human Resources Coordinator will coordinate and facilitate high-level support for HR Advisors and Compensation department. Provides coordination of projects, problem resolution, and general administrative support to facilitate HRA client work. Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide support to HR client teams in processing organizational system changes, Passport Card program administration, system transactions, Affiliate Compliance audits, and background checks. * Provides tier 1 support for employee inquiries on programs, processes, and policies. Engages and escalates to appropriate parties for resolution. Assists in the interpretation of company policies to employees. * Researches and summarizes information and data. * Processes special pays, such as spot cash and other employee recognition programs. * File, maintain records, and answer customer inquiries by phone and email. Work on other assigned administrative type projects. * Perform other duties as assigned.
