Job Description:
Job for local San Diego County Resident with experience. Must be
able to testify if requested at later date.
Need inside Bedroom photos of living conditions/damages to the
room. Close up/overall.
Normal modern house lighting - needs lights. Shoot now and shoot
after the tenant moves out. Most likely do shoot afternoon. Show
samples of your work.
Two Br. condo about 30+ years in Mira Mesa. One room remains
occupied(no issues) second room being removed from the rental
market. Will set time to do job. Can view property and room if
chosen to bid on the job. Send email only at first, include your
