OverviewOpen as a US Remote Position. As members of the People

strategic, end-to end recruiting across Customer Success, Sales and
our Enabling Functions (People & Places, Legal & Compliance,
Corporate Strategy & Development, Marketing, Finance and our
Executive Assistant community). Intuit's Talent Acquisition team

assess and retain the right talent so we can deliver for our

years of full cycle recruiting experience with strong account
management skills within a fast paced, high growth environment.
Experience partnering with corporate/accelerating functions, sales
or customer success is strongly preferred. Proven success using
creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with diverse
pools of talent to develop robust candidate pipeline. Demonstrated
ability to maintain data integrity, using internal ATS to track and
analyze pipeline activity, proactively providing updates and
insights with key stakeholders, leveraging strong communication
skills across multiple formats. Growth mindset and an ability to
adapt to changing dynamics as needed. No candidate has all of these

Influence change in our processes and how we carry out our work to

processes to solve day to day problems. Develop strategic sourcing
strategies for your hiring teams that include diversity
initiatives, developing talent communities in partnership with
Talent Marketing. Interpret data from various sources to inform
hiring strategies and present these insights with your hiring teams
and cross functional partners.
