***This is -a remote -position that will require periodic on-site office visits as needed. Local candidates can only be considered -(San Diego, CA).***ManagedLab Services is the industry leader in Lab Support Services in the Life Science industry. We are currently seeking a People & Operations Generalist with a high focus on recruiting to join our team to be responsible for recruitment and various HR-related duties and responsibilities on a professional level, working closely with the People & Operations Manager, Senior Leadership Team, Managers, and other team members. -In order to thrive in this role the ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration and communication skills and will be able to manage a wide range of tasks working with people at different levels in the organization. -The right candidate is organized, service-minded, and supportive and will tackle their day-to-day duties with energy and professionalism.Benefits & Perks

  • Starting pay: Salary range is $55-$65k annually (dependent on applicable experience)

  • This position has no direct reportsCore ResponsibilitiesPrimary: Full cycle recruiting support to maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions:
    • Assist in managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software
    • Create and manage job postings in collaboration with hiring managers
    • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates
    • Conduct screens/interviews via phone or video
    • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
    • Serve as point of contact for current candidate progress and act as a liaison for final stage candidates from offer to acceptance
    • Perform reference checks
    • Coordinate and support candidates/employees through company onboardings
    • Track and report on effectiveness of different recruitment strategiesSecondary: Provide administrative support as needed to support the day-to-day operations of the People Operations department and the employee life cycle.
      • Maintain HRIS information, documentation, time off, benefit inquiries, etc. -
      • Maintain Performance Management Solution; reviews, updates, feedback, and engagement
      • Process employment verifications, employment status changes, informational/confidential forms and records
      • Assist with routine HR inquiries including benefits, payroll, time off, policies and procedures
