Job DescriptionWe are looking for an outstanding HR Specialist to join our team and ensure we keep providing the amazing service we are known for. Responsibilities will include talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic planning. This position is based in San Diego, CA.
Core Responsibilities

• Counsels and trains managers and supervisors on the interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies. Administers Human Resources policies and procedures as they pertain to all employees.
• Partners with management to ensure strategic HR goals, policies and programs are aligned with business initiatives.
• Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to maintain efficient and effective services.
• Builds processes, manages ATS workflows, and leads the HR team in all aspects.
  Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant Human Resources experience focused on recruiting and sourcing candidates for global teams
  • Experience using any ATS system, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
