Due to our client's growth, we are currently conducting a search for a Human Resources Generalist/ HRBP. This position will coordinate recruitments to fill a broad range of operational, technical, and professional staff positions; provide guidance and resources to hiring managers to successfully identify and select candidates for employment; ensure a smooth transition for new employees through onboarding/orientation activities; and participate in strategic workforce planning initiatives. The position also may perform technical and analytical work related to classification, compensation, performance management, and organization development programs. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, ADP, and three years of recent experience in human resources (recruiting, workforce planning, generalist, employee relations, benefits), as well as exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a positive, upbeat, can-do attitude.
