Qualifications Active and unrestricted California Nursing Home
Administrator license Proven leadership experience in a skilled
nursing facility Strong understanding of census development,
financial performance, and regulatory compliance Demonstrated
ability to lead department heads and maintain staff engagement
Experience operating in competitive healthcare markets preferred
Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the skilled
nursing facility Drive census growth and financial performance in
alignment with ownership expectations Ensure compliance with state
and federal regulations Lead, develop, and retain department heads
and frontline staff Maintain high standards of clinical quality and
resident satisfaction Partner with regional and corporate
