Next Generation Assoc Technical Player Relationship RepRemote Traveling RoleSalary Range $60k to $75k base plus bonus eligibility**SUBMITFOR THIS JOB VIA THE ACUSHNET CAREERS WEBSITE AS SPECIFIED BELOW ONLY**Develop,manage and lead the continuous promotion of Titleist Golf Clubs (Drivers,Fairways, Irons, Wedges and Putters) with targeted prominent junior, collegiateand amateur golfers.Conductindustry leading club fitting experiences for targeted group. Exhibitingexcellent technical knowledge of club fitting variables such as club head andshaft properties. Display superior communication skills to make complex topicseasy to understand for this group. Use fitting technology to ensure correctconclusions and to effectively share data to increase their understanding andbelief in fitting results.Providean exceptional level of services; coordinating follow-up phone calls and emailswith targeted golfers to become a long-term trusted advisor and their personalclub expert.Executethe fitting strategy and schedule to optimize opportunities and best targetNext Generation golfers. Ensure efficient coordination and logistics with otherteams and supply of fitting tools. Coordinate with fitting facilities staff andour Sales and Marketing teams for fitting activities & special events.Ensure supply of fitting clubs, tools, balls and all necessary items areforecasted, budgeted and available. Schedule fitters in support of Next Genprogram and forecast and report on the program.Workwith Club Fitting Director and R&D team to continue improving and upgradingTitleist's fitting and swing analysis methodologies and tools, ensuring thatthe fitting experience is viewed by targeted golfers as the most advanced ingolf.PositionRequires:Bachelor'sdegree required.Three(3) years golf industry fitting experience - fitting skill set must qualify atan Expert level.Aserious golfer with a deep understanding for the game and golf equipment withprevious professional, collegiate, and/ or competitive playing experience.Superiorinterpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport withindividuals from all walks of life including the celebrity arena.Mustbe very comfortable working with the best players in the world of golf.
