Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical
solutions within the ServiceNow platform that meet the best
practice standard, while providing Tier II-III support for the
day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of enterprise
Service Management solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain core configuration, including form administration and
lists, navigation and UI, time and performance, mobile device
support, and plugins.
* Design workflow-driven automation and application integrations
for Request fulfillment activities to improve speed of delivery and
reduce human intervention.
* Serve as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow functionality to
guide technical direction for project teams and other ServiceNow
* Provide thought leadership, technical expertise, and guidance on
best practice policies, procedures, and processes throughout
* Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
* Deliver custom solutions in ServiceNow, including system
configuration, QA and UAT, update deployments, and technical
* Lead all technical aspects and solution delivery including
automation, UI configuration, SSO, LDAP, and Discovery.
* Maintain multiple projects simultaneously.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor s degree in computer technology or equivalent combination
of education and experience.
Ten (10) or more years of overall experience in IT-related
Five (5) or more years of experience with ServiceNow back-end
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
Experience with end-to-End Service Catalog development and custom
automation workflows with PowerShell capabilities.
Experience as Lead on no less than 3 major version upgrades.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including APIs, Workflows, UI
Pages, UI Macros, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI
Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules (ACLs).
ITSM: Incident, Request, Service Catalog, Change, Problem,
ITOM: CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, MID
Service Portal expertise.
Data Imports and Transformations.
Custom application development.
Jelly, SQL, PowerShell.
