We have an immediate opening for an experienced Director, Mobile App to join our marketing team.-- This position will report directly to our CMO and be responsible for the overall strategy and roadmap for the Jenny Craig App. This position will develop the detailed project plan aligned with this roadmap and oversee all aspects of its execution. Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders. Launch and grow the App channel of business, driving adoption by current active clients as well as revenue-generating subscriptions by new and returning customers. Conduct ongoing research and competitor analysis, and use the results to continuously enhance the Jenny Craig App in accordance with the strategic roadmap. Major Responsibilities:
  • Develop the overall strategy and roadmap for the Jenny Craig mobile app to digitally transform our historically offline experience and drive growth. The strategy must define the business objectives for the mobile app and the roadmap must lay out a high-level plan to achieve those objectives. Developing the strategy and roadmap involves conducting extensive research and competitor analysis as well as collaborating with cross-functional business leaders.
  • Develop and oversee execution of the detailed project plan aligned with the roadmap. This includes defining the functional and technical requirements, overseeing the RFP and vendor selection process, overseeing day-to-day project task completion, overseeing each phase of testing and launch, and providing regular status updates to leadership.
  • Own the P&L for the mobile App channel of business. Drive adoption by current active clients to enhance the Jenny Craig program customer experience and efficacy. Drive subscriptions, revenue generation, and conversions to the Jenny Craig program by new and returning customers. Evaluate additional revenue generation opportunities such as sponsored partnerships. Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Minimum 8 years of related job experience such as mobile app product/project management
    • In-depth knowledge of mobile app user acquisition and revenue generation strategies
    • Demonstrated track record of success in delivering against project deadlines and growing a mobile app user base
    • Highly self-motivated with a desire to make an impact
    • Strong team leadership skills and collaboration across functions
    • Ability to manage timelines of multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience in a retail service and/or products business preferred COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
