experience supporting desktop environments and business
applications and have a passion for providing excellent/efficient
IT service/support to employee users, then this may be the job for
you Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): Provisioning of
new hire user accounts, hardware, peripherals and software.
Deprovisioning of separating employee user accounts, hardware
peripherals and software. Provisioning of requested software
licensing to People Search employees as approved by manager as
needed. First tier service and support for People Search employees:
Support as defined by - component that was previously
had/installed/used and now is not working. Service as defined by -
component that was previously not had/installed/used and has been
requested for procurement/setup/installation. Onsite support and
service in office for People Search employees. Remote support and
coordinated service for remote People Search employees.
Identifying, researching and resolving routine technical problems
of varying complexity. Providing basic networking assistance to
users, including help with network connections and passwords.
Provide low level cybersecurity support through log and alerting
review, including analysis and escalation of logged or alerted
events where indicated. Coordinating with other teams or
departments to resolve user problems. Issue, activate, deactivate
building and suite access badges for employees and guests.
Maintain, update, and provide support and service for office
Audio/Video systems, video conferencing software/licensing, etc.
Provide meeting AV systems support for company-wide meetings and
other events as needed. Escalate all non-routine and/or complex
technical issues/requests to IT Engineers. Continually learning
new/improved technology related programs, systems, trouble shooting
skills etc. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: BS in Computer
Science or related field (or equivalent combination or education
and experience) 1-2 years' experience providing user applications
support. 1-2 years' experience using and supporting Google
Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, etc. 1-2 years' experience using
and supporting Zoom or other online conferencing applications.
Technical knowledge and experience using and supporting computers,
Audio/Visual systems and office machines. Previous experience
providing basic training in individual or group settings.
Problem-solving and research skills that translate to the ability
to find solutions for customer problems when a solution may not be
immediately apparent. Interpersonal skills that function to create
connections and positive experiences for employees. Technological
skills specific to the company's products and trouble-shooting
practices. Ability to be patient and calm under all circumstances
and with all people. Good project management skills with some
familiarity with project management software. Strong written and
verbal communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize
workload. Note for Principal Agencies - Principal agents should not
