(Cerulli Associates, 2020) At Atria, we support independent financial professionals and financial institution investment programs so they, in turn, can provide exceptional service to their clients and develop meaningful relationships with them.We are looking for a Technology Customer Service Representative (Platform Service Analyst) to join our organization. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to clients by researching individual issues in a timely manner and following up as necessary. You will provide support and guidance to internal and external clients via telephone, WebEx and email. In this position in ON-SITE and will be out of the following office location(s):

  • 10150 Meanly Drive, San Diego, CA 92131Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Responds to all platform service inquiries according to published customer service standards, including the dataVISION and Unio Help line and email address.
    • Primary contact for assistance with platform reporting requests and needs.
    • Conducts initial login training for dataVISION, Unio, NetX360 access training, provides help with training modules.
    • Manages global rep code / owner changes for contact records.
    • Assists clients with their database cleanup projects.
    • Maintains platform home page announcements/events.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
    • Assist with customer service calls.
    • Assist other operational groups as needed.
    • Assist with desktop support including: dataVISION, Unio, LaserApp, NetX360.
    • Assists with various projects, large data uploads and help requests as needed.
    • Pershing IRA Waive Fee reporting.Qualifications and Skills:
      • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Must have ability to plan and focus on projects and have a general understanding of the investment market and terms.
      • Previous experience working in financial services industry is a plus.
      • Must be self-motivated, independent and have good interpersonal relationship skills.
      • Must also have excellent organizational skills and have the ability to manage and keep strict deadlines.
      • Proficient with all Microsoft products (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
      • Must have the ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written)
      • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or presentation form.
