focus is on diagnosis on sleep apnea through home sleep study and
treatment through the use of CPAP therapy or oral appliance
therapy.SUMMARYThe IT Help Desk Support Rep provides technical
support to end users and performs routine maintenance to IT
systems. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and
internal support of computers/ laptops, printers, servers, and
related equipment. Day to day tasks include end user support and
performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations. The
expectation of this position is to provide a first class customer
service experience, with every interaction. *This position is
onsite in our Kearny Mesa Headquarters*CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides professional and positive first level support for
software, hardware and network issues to end-users on-premises and
working remotely
- Interfaces with users in a variety of communication channels,
such as phone, email, web-based remote-control assistance, and face
to face.
- Installs/manages/trouble shoots software and peripherals as
needed
- Works competently in Windows 10, Office 365 and Mac OS X
- Supports Google Apps for 300+ users
- Tracks and logs IT equipment inventory
- Troubleshoots basic VOIP phone system issues in conjunction
with telecom service provides
- Skilled with Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word,
Excel)
- Work mandatory overtime as scheduled
- Other duties and projects may be
assignedRequirements:QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills in complex
technical environments
- On-call availability during nights/weekends for technical
emergencies
- Must be hard working, team oriented, bright, creative,
cooperative, and an exceptional problem solver
- Must be a fast learner, patient and have a passion for serving
customers
- High-energy, quality-focused, detailed individual
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively
with members and staffEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Desktop Support
Technician in a Windows environment
- Knowledge of PC hardware, Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365,
basic networking skills and an ability to quickly identify and
solve issues
- Must be knowledgeable in Patient Rights and Responsibilities,
including HIPPA regulations
- Intermediate MS Office computer skills required
- Must be A+ and Network+ certifiedBetterNight is an Equal
