Department and team-focused projects account for approximately 80% of your schedule. This is where you come in.Your role as a Customer Operations Intern will offer experience in:
  • Playing a key role in business development through analysis of trends in complex data sets
  • Working on the Agent OS Servicing with Context Project and gaining firsthand experience with design sprints, requirement gathering, scheduling, and production validation
  • Working cross functionally with partner groups and team members to gain deep experience with all facets of our area of work
  • Engaging with stakeholders to facilitate integration of new products and services, technologies, and markets into existing operations
  • Supporting strategic Charter technology and product initiatives through documentation and design of relevant business processesHERE'S WHAT IT TAKES TO GET STARTEDSkills and experience required for this role include:
    • Knowledge of database/reporting systems (SQL, Oracle)
    • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
