Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical WriterPosition Type: Full-time ContractDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: San Diego CA As a Technical Writer, you will:Performs technical writing and editing, ensuring adherence to documented templates and policies, as well as contractual requirements.Documents and tracks releases and updates to business processes, procedures, forms, and various technical documentation.Verifies accuracy of content and incorporates all changes.Works independently under regular guidance on non-routine tasks requiring judgment and initiative.Major functions:Write and edit process and procedural documentation for a variety of functionsEdit technical documentation originated by engineeringCoordinate with various functional personnel as required to develop technical process and procedural contentReview and approve provided documentation releases and updatesProcess approval workflows in Microsoft SharePointPerform other tasks as directed by leadAble to efficiently work on multiple projects at once to meet deadlinesAble to complete tasks autonomously with minimal directionThe ideal candidate will have:bachelor's degree in English or related field with a minimum of 2 years of prior related work experience or in lieu of degree, 6 years of prior related work experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePointExcellence in professional/technical writing, editing, and researchingQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
