The Intelligent System Experience Engineering team is looking for a driven and dedicated software engineer. As a member of our dynamic group, you will have the unique and phenomenal opportunity to be part of developing frameworks, tools and tests for the most iconic operating systems, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS and now visionOS. This team works on some of the core system experiences and frameworks that make Apple products special. Key Qualifications

• Experience writing code in Objective C or Swift to test an API, SDK, or Frameworks
• Experience developing for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS and/or tvOS
• Experience developing various forms of software tests (unit, functional, performance, stress) with XCTest and Xcode
• Experience in driving development and deployment of continuous integration systems
• Detail oriented, analytical, and creative problem solver with interest in developing quality software
• Ability to triage problems, prioritize accordingly, and propose a resolution
• Ability to work independently, raise issues and take corrective action Description As a Software Engineer in Test, you will work in a multi-functional team which is responsible for many projects on Apple's platforms that drive testing and features across Apple from System Experience, to Input Experience. You will work closely with other software engineers, project managers and various QA teams at Apple. Your role will help Apple scale in test development with creating testable code bases, supporting frameworks, developing tests, triaging results, debugging problems, and improving testing internally to insure the next generations of Apple's operating systems are delivered with the highest quality possible. Education & Experience BS or MS in CS/CE or equivalent experience
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,200 and $198,100 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
