self-motivated Software Architect. The qualified candidate will
support the design and execution of Space Ground mission-focused
software in a fast-paced development environment. The candidate
will direct software architecture design and development, and
influence SE, Cyber, UI, and DevSecOps functions.The Software
Architect will define and influence enterprise-level software
architecture and best practices for software development. The
qualified candidate will participate in mission working groups,
review the outputs of systems analysis, and drive systems and
software architecture decisions and design trade studies ensuring
the chosen technical approach addresses mission needs. The
candidate will have frequent opportunities to exchange ideas with
customers and partners.Because this role involves a combination of
collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form
of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and

intelligence sector.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
or engineering field of study plus 12 years of experience in
software development or related field
- US Citizenship with an active Secret clearance
- 10+ years of software and backend development
- Strong software architecture, design, and development
experience using Java and RESTful services
- Experience developing RESTful microservices using Java Spring
Boot
- Knowledge of Containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and Automated
DevSecOps pipeline tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Bitbucket)
- The ability to engage constructively with peers and technical
lead to communicate the technical approach, trade-offs, and
technical decisions
- Experience integrating across companies delivering software
components
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problemsPreferred
Education, Experience, & Skills
- 10+ years demonstrated technical software engineering
leadership
- 5+ years of software architecture & design
- Experience with front-end development (Angular, React,
JavaScript
- Understanding/experience in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure,
Google, IBM, Oracle)
- Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis, ArgoCD
- Experience with 3rd party application integration
- Lead Software, Systems and/or Software Architect on a
government contract
- Experience in an Agile development environment
- Experience with Government Operational Systems, including ATO
processesPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $147300 -
$250400Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
