Key Responsibilities:
Shape the scheduling experience and empower the team to deliver
high-quality care through technology
Contribute to product development, drive technical conversations,
and make solution-oriented decisions
Own Electronic Health Record System interactions, manage
appointments, and enhance system resilience
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of software engineering experience
Backend experience in building modern database-backed web
applications
Experience with microservice development, mentoring, and
establishing design patterns
Ability to drive all phases of the development lifecycle and work
on complex projects
Experience in achieving sustainable results and working on
cross-functional teams
