Job Description:
Required: Top Secret Clearance
We are looking for an HPE Edgeline SME to provide customization,
security remediation & performance optimization of EL8000 on-site
in San Diego, CA with Top Secret clearance. Resource must be
available to perform all services on customer's premises in San
Diego, CA.
Required Skills:
Active Top Secret Clearance
Experience with HPE Edgeline EL8000 / ProLiant e910 Server Blade -
Service Support
Expert experience in Server install & config on-prem of EL8000 or
in-cloud (AWS, Azure)
Expert experience in Network Performance Optimization.
Trained in STIG (Security Technical Implementation Guide) processes
& implementation in the US federal space.
Desired Skill:
Strong communications & organizational skills as resource will need
to engage directly with various levels of customer and HPE
teams.
Key Activities:
Conduct an in-depth assessment of current infrastructure, including
network architecture, hardware configurations, & performance
metrics.
Work with team to deploy & configure Edgeline EL8000 devices,
ensuring seamless integration with the customer's existing
infrastructure.
Optimize configurations for performance, security, & scalability,
leveraging best practices & industry standards.
Develop a roadmap for integrating Edgeline EL8000 technologies in
the customer environment.
Implement necessary technologies to prioritize critical
applications and workloads.
Provide knowledge transfer sessions to empower Customer IT staff
with the skills & expertise needed to manage & maintain Edgeline
EL8000 environments effectively.
Fine-tune Edgeline EL8000 configurations to maximize throughput,
reduce latency, & enhance overall network performance.
Implement STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guide), as
directed, to safeguard against cyber threats.
