Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their
dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical
roles, ensuring alignment with business goals
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, draft job
descriptions, and calibrate candidate profiles
Execute sourcing strategies and conduct in-depth screening
interviews to assess candidate fit
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or technical
setting
Strong understanding of recruiting processes and compliance
practices
Familiarity with sourcing and assessing technical skillsets is a
plus
Project-driven mindset with the ability to meet milestones and
report progress
Advanced user of recruitment tools and platforms
