About The Role & Team The Strategic Partnerships team at Amplitude drives collaboration with technology and consulting partners to scale business opportunities and revenue. By working with key partners like AWS, Hubspot, Braze, consulting firms, and other ISVs, the team extends Amplitude’s impact through joint solutions that deliver value to customers. As a Partner Solution Architect at Amplitude, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our technology and consulting partners to deliver exceptional solutions to their customers using Amplitude’s platform. You will work closely with strategic partners, including AWS, Braze, Hubspot and other Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), to drive adoption, design joint solutions, and ensure successful implementations that meet complex business needs. As a Partner Solution Architect, you will: • Technical Enablement: Deliver technical training, workshops, and resources to partners to enhance their understanding of Amplitude’s capabilities and integrations. • Technical Solutioning: Collaborate with partners to ideate, design and develop new services/solutions, integration partner services or offerings. Own technical solution development for joint customer campaigns that partners will action for reaching new customers at scale. • Partner Collaboration: Act as a technical advisor to Amplitudes partner ecosystem, fostering relationships with key partner stakeholders and ensuring alignment on technical strategy. • Technical content creation: Create solution briefs and data reference architectures. • Thought Leadership: Represent Amplitude at partner events, webinars, and conferences by showcasing best practices and success stories in product analytics and integrations. Develop joint blogs or posts with partners. • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from partners to inform product roadmap and ensure Amplitude continues to meet evolving market needs. • Technical Sales Coaching: Work closely with Amplitude’s Field CTO, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive partner success and joint go-to-market initiatives, including building capability for technical co-sell on joint solutions. Youll be a great addition to the team if you have: • 3 years of experience in a Solution Architect, Solution Engineer, or similar role, preferably in SaaS or analytics platforms. • Deep understanding of product analytics, data architecture, and cloud-based technologies (AWS experience is a strong plus). • Proven experience working with technology and consulting partners to deliver integrated solutions. • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. • Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and tools like JavaScript, Python, or SQL. • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering value. • Ability to travel up to 20% for partner and customer engagements. Preferred Skills • Experience with Amplitude, Adobe, Mixpanel, or other product analytics tools. • Prior experience working in or with AWS Partner Network (APN) programs or certifications like AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional.
