Full-time Description Position Summary: The IT System Administrator is responsible for implementing new software solutions that enhance organizational productivity, and efficiency using the latest technology and automation. System Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining, and improving the organization’s IT infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations. The System Administrator provides level two escalation for sophisticated issues level one support techs are not able to handle. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Support IT project management with hands on system integrations and technical skills, including experience with API integration and HL7 integrations. • Support IT project management, including deployments, migrations, for various software. • Perform SQL queries and use automation to create Tableau reports. • Administer, monitor, and maintain servers, networks, and system infrastructure. • Install, configure, and maintain software, SCCS applications, servers, firewalls. • Troubleshoot system and network issues, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime. • Assist with backups, disaster recovery plans, and data restoration. • Monitor network performance, identify issues, and optimize system efficiency. • Configure and manage VPNs for all branch offices including connection to datacenter. Working Conditions • May require occasional evening or weekend work during upgrades or critical incidents. • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and handle hardware as needed. • Hybrid or on-site work schedule depending on organizational needs. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in systems administration or similar IT role. • Experience with creating SQL queries. • Strong understanding of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, Sharepoint. • Experience with firewalls, networking (LAN/WAN), VPN, and switch configuration. • Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, enterprise antivirus, and cloud-based tools. • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, including encryption, access control, and incident response. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. • Strong organizational and documentation skills. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Experience • Integrations involving, or to/from the following: o Netsuite o myEvolv or other Electronic Medical Records software o Salesforce o Tableau o Mulesoftt o Paylocity • Experience using: o HyperV o VMWare o Salesforce o MyEvolv, or other EHR/EMR systems o Tableau Preferred Certifications: o CompTIA A, Network, Security, o MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect • Integration protocols and technologies: o HL7 o FHIR o API Core Competencies • Technical Expertise: Demonstrates strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities. • Security Awareness: Applies cybersecurity practices to protect organizational data. • Communication: Explains technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. • Accountability: Ensures timely completion of tasks and maintains system reliability. • Adaptability: Responds effectively to changing technology needs and priorities. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to drive a motor vehicle without restrictions, often in heavy traffic and frequently long distances (one hour or more). Senses of vision, hearing and smell sufficient to regularly operate a motor vehicle, to visualize threats in the environment and operate safely. Required to lift up to 30 pounds. Regularly required to sit, stand, climb stairs (1 or more flights) and walk. Regularly required to sit and use computer in office or home settings. Hybrid or on-site work schedule depending on organization al needs. May require occasional evening or weekend work during upgrades or critical Incidents.
